The accommodations are an open-concept space featuring a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom, as well as a terrace with a sea view and a sun deck.

A 35-square-meter studio apartment located on the second floor of a small villa with a sea view (access via stairs). Please be especially careful on the steps leading to the terrace.

The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE featuring a 2-burner electric/gas cooktop, table with chairs, small refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, microwave, and various kitchen utensils;
- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, closet, TV, split A/C, and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;
- TERRACE with a sea view, furnished with two lounge chairs, a table with chairs, and a beach umbrella;
- LAUNDRY ROOM shared with the other apartments, equipped with a washing machine;
- SOLARIUM AREA shared with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: To access the sun deck, you must climb some steps.

There are no separate areas designated for guests; there is a single entrance shared by the two apartments and the owner’s unit, and a flight of stairs leading to the sun deck and attic is also used by the owner.
