Gestione poco seria
Appartamento situato in buona posizione e tutto nuovo, camera e bagno molto ampi. Tuttavia ci sono stati due inconvenienti importanti. Al nostro arrivo all'appartamento non era presente nessuno, chiamando il numero della proprietaria mi dice che di li a massimo 10 minuti sarebbe arrivata una sua collaboratrice, tuttavia l'attesa (per strada con zaini pesanti) è stata di 25 minuti. Una volta sistemati chiedo info per la colazione, che risultava espressamente inclusa nella prenotazione, tuttavia la collaboratrice sosteneva di non essere a conoscenza della colazione inclusa. Alla mia sollecitazione chiamava la proprietaria, la quale confermava che la colazione non era inclusa additando l'errore al sito di prenotazione, alle mie successive rimostranze per ottenere un servizio pagato e incluso nella prenotazione non ha voluto sentire ragioni, sostenendo che per il periodo e per quel prezzo non poteva assolutamente offrire la colazione, dicendomi al più di rivalermi sul sito. Visto che la signora è stata irremovibile non ho potuto fare altre che rivolgermi al sito. Tale condotta da parte del gestore di una struttura ricettiva per turisti mi sembra poco seria e altamente irrispettosa, poteva benissimo provvedere lei subito a risolvere l'errore e poi, eventualmente, rivalersi lei sul sito se l'errore fosse stato di quest'ultimo.

Usatelo solo in come soluzione estrema
Comodo per imbarco traghetti , una sola persona dell hotel che gestisce tutto
Dall’accoglienza alle pulizia. Fatto il check in e pagato la camera con bagno vengo richiamato per un errore di assegnazione e mi cambiano la camera con una che non aveva il bagno . Ho dovuto usare un bagno in comune con un altra camera !! Il tutto non era pubblicizzato all’atto della prenotazione
