"The villa is old with problems. The beach is not at all – large stones, through which not everyone will climb. When we arrived, there was water running in the basement and because of this we had no electricity all night. The water was repaired only a week later. The railway is very audible.The good thing is that there is absolutely no people, even the neighboring villas came only for the weekend. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir keine Ausflüge gemacht haben oder am Meer waren, haben wir uns die meiste Zeit auf der Veranda zum Spielen, Lesen oder zum Essen verweilt. Das haben fast alle Gäste so gehalten und trotzdem war eine friedliche Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Das Animationsprogramm haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Weg zum Meer ca. 8 min ging gut. Eine kleine Karre zum Strandgepäck ziehen wäre dabei angenehm. Strandmuscheln funktionierten besser als Schirme wegen dem starken Wind."

"Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. "Fantastische plek, sfeervol huis, fijne bedden, schoon en compleet. Prachtige plek op een heuvel met ver uitzicht. Fijn zwembad, veel fijne restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten rijden, en in het huis koken kon ook prima. Lucca en Pisa dichtbij, mooie omgeving. Sympathieke en warme ontvangst, prettige en snelle communicatie."
