"We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "

"The apartment is in a great location, it has easy access to the highways and downtown Ponta Delgada. It is near a supermarket and has amble parking. Jorge and Teresa were very friendly and provided great recommendations on what to do."

"The apartment is in a great spot with an amazing view of the ocean, we enjoy all our breakfasts on the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to do some cooking (grocery stores are a short drive away). There is street parking right next to the apartment, however, it can get pretty busy on the weekends. Luis, the property owner, was always very quick to respond when we had any questions. Our flight got delayed and got in very late, we ended up getting to the apartment around midnight...

The view is better than the picture shows! We loved sitting and watching the waves around the rocks! It's a great location from which to tour the island in any direction. "If you would like to experience the charm of Sao Sebadtiao neighborhood and feel the locals experience away from where all the tourists stay. The property had alot of the original character and feel of traditional Ponta Delgada. This property is best if you don't have a car and plan on exploring the city on foot mostly. Parking is currently a problem in this neighborhood but not impossible. "
