Livin Large apartments are for people who like big spaces. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor, it features 128 m2 of living area with private entrance.

Apartment 1 offers a private 60 m2 covered terrace with private barbecue and views of the pool. Our guests can use 2 bedrooms, living room, one bathroom, one toilet, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Air conditioning and WiFi are featured.

The sea is only 700 m away, so you can reach it by foot in couple of minutes. First restaurant and market are 300m away from the property.

Beach is 600 - 700 meters away, it's very easy to reach on foot. Beach name is Salbunic.

There are 3 beach bars with drinks on that beach, food and icecreams. I know about beach bar Sal, and beach bar Adria. There is also a small aquapark (installed on sea water), so kids can enojy.

You have about 5 minutes of car drive to Medulin. Pula is 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet, "touristy" and ideal for families with children that need a no stress vacation.

In this large house there are 3 separate apartments.
The landlords live in the basement apartment.

Apartment 1 (Apt. 1) = ground floor apartment
Apartment 2 (Apt. 2) = 1st floor apartment

Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are rented to tourists.

The garden is shared between Apartment 1 (ground floor) and Apartment 2 (1st floor).

The pool is shared between Apartments 1 and 2. The owners are mostly at work and do not use the pool.
