Property Summary
Villa Vela (PUL451) is a single-family house with three storeys, located 300 meters from the center of Šišan and 2 kilometers from the center of Ližnjan. Step outside and enjoy the terrace, which leads directly to the inviting swimming pool. One of the bedrooms is accompanied by a dressing room, offering a cozy bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), a double bed, and an en-suite bath/shower/WC, along with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is conveniently located on the main level. Ascend to the upper floor, where you'll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, bath/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. One of these bedrooms provides access to the terrace. Continuing to the second upper floor, you'll discover another bedroom featuring a sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), a double bed, shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Forced-air heating ensures your comfort throughout the seasons.

Fantastiskt hus med fantastisk, stor pool. Ligger i bra område med närhet till flera stränder. Ljuvligt litet torg dit man kunde promenera till på morgonen för att köpa bröd till frukosten. Vi hade en underbar resa!
