"Location, comfort and value! This apt was well-managed and furnishings were in great condition. The location is perfect for walking to sites, restaurants and bars. The only downside was that the floors were swept, but had dirt spots and needed to be washed. The dirt showed on the bottoms of our socks. Everything else was clean. "

"The apartment was not as described or pictured. I paid for a two bedroom apartment with a living room. There was only one bedroom and a kitchen. There was no living room and the 2nd bedroom was a bed in the kitchen. Also, someone put a huge dent in our rental car in the parking lot, which is going to cost us a lot of money. There is no way this person didn’t realize what they did, based on the size of the dent. So be careful parking back there. "

"Comfortable and spacious. My niece (6 years old) said she wanted to “stay a thousand nights.” Loft area was fun for her and practical for the rest of us. Central location with parking close by. Recommended for groups with plenty of room, nice bathroom and full functional kitchen. "

"My wife and I stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the place, the view of the mountains and the fjord/town of Akureyri, and the spectacular show that we got from the northern lights on one of our nights there. "We stayed for 2 nights and was experiencing severe weather with strong winds and snow sleet. The apartment kept us warm and toasty they even have heated floors. We just scoot out to buy groceries from nearby bonus and cooked in the apartment. And just soak in the hot tub that was perfect! Everything was provided for. "Well equipped, although missing shampoo in the bathroom. Could use written instruction on TV, as we never managed to turn it on. Free parking is not available weekdays from 10 AM to 4 PM, although you can park a bit further down the street, away from paid parking zone. Kitchen facilities (stove, fridge & microwave) are nice to have."
