"The room was very nice and I even had a large adjoning patio. I ended up getting a free upgrade and Nina at the front desk was very caring. She did do everythong she could to make my stay great. I slept very well! As I learned this hotel is a family business and mainly the family members are at the front desk. The only thing I could suggest to improve were the towels.
