Bien pour la proximité avec la mer et la nature

Très bien pour être proche de la mer pour natation et paddle et mi chemin entre puerto de la selva et llança pour randonnée bord de mer Voiture obligatoire et chemin d'accès mauvais état. Très bruyant en août la propriétaire dans l'appartement du dessus reçoit ses enfants. Appartement à rénover !

croyant être au calme

Nous avons assisté malgré nous pendant trois jours à un anniversaire chez la propriétaire qui réside au dessus. De la musique, des hurlements et une partie de foot dans la maison jusqu'à 6h00 du matin tout en sachant que nous étions présent. De plus le chemin d'accès est vraiment impraticable, le dessous de la voiture frote sur les pierres.
