"The hotel has a wonderful continental atmosphere and proved to be an excellent choice for our short break. From arrival to departure, the staff were consistently friendly, polite and attentive, always willing to help and ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a spacious Deluxe Room overlooking the estuary, which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well presented. We also enjoyed both breakfast and dinner during our stay, with the quality of the food being very good and the service prompt, efficient and courteous. My only minor observation was the lack of conveniently positioned USB charging sockets near the bed, which would have been a useful addition. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel."

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."
