"Really nice place to stay only negatives i would say is restaurants near by very expensive. The room was very nice size but windows was on small side be nice if windows bit bigger and bed facing opposite way to the windows. "

"It was difficult when I arrived there was no one t I greet me when i got there and needed to ring a number the owner did come shortly after and was very nice. The room i had was pleasant enough i think the property is being renovated as a runner i found running along the sea front very nice.My room also was overlooking the sea front from my window."

" I tend to stay in holiday inn or a Premier Inn. When Im away with work. But Top Joes was recommended to me, so i took a look online and thought lets give it s go as it wasnt to far away from where i was working I have to say, i wasnt disappointed. "Booked as my surprise 30th get away, partner had organised with the hotel to decorate the room and it was so lovely to walk in to. Host was very friendly and the place was very clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of it if you wanted it, the only thing it could have benefited from was some bacon for my hangover on the Saturday morning haha. "Incredibly lovely hosts, location is perfect, you are right next to a beach access as well as super close to all the shops. The rooms are really lovely and clean, also there is a very cute black cat you’ll get to see if you’re lucky. "

From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra.
