"We were attracted to Ardwyn House after reading the positive reviews. We loved our stay and you wont be dissapointed if you stay, we highly recommend it. Some plus points... clean, fantastic breakfast options, afternoon tea/coffee and delicious cake, brilliant shower, duvet and pillows as comfy as home (I bring a pillow in the car and never used it.) We stayed to drive Elan Valley and it was just the perfect drive away. The town is walkable for food and shop, the train station is also just down...

"We spotted this stunning property and looked no further. The house did not disappoint, grand and full of character. The only thing with more character is Steve the owner, what a wonderful helpful Gent he is. He's truly worthy of a visit! I guess if he has room free you could try staying a couple of nights or so as we did! "Small and neat,close to train station and a Tesco that sells petrol,very friendly host ,room small but has everything,would come again( in fact I did ,this is my second time)"

"We ended up here, after our booking at another hotel was cancelled, it was the best thing that could have happened. The location is perfect for Aberaeron town. The host was wonderful and provided a fabulous, freshly cooked breakfast. The whole place is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. I can understand why they won Four in a Bed, on Channel 4 last year. Will definitely go back "

"Good: dinner & b/fast were good value & quality Parking Bad: party in on the Saturday night that we stayed. V noisy children screaming non stop. Useless parennts and hotel staff did nothing. Dinner booked for 1845 seated 1930. Meal not served Until 1945 !! "

"A very homely cottage in a quiet setting just what we as a family wanted and got . The cottage itself had everything that you would have at home which you wouldn’t get in a hotel. Cottage had 3 bedrooms each with un suite bathrooms which certainly is helpful when everyone was getting ready to go out at the same time . We as a family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage."
