The spa was fully booked during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond to fit me in for a massage—and I’m so glad they did! It was just what I needed. What really stood out overall was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and genuinely helpful. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in the beautiful Welsh countryside."

"The staff were so helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The food was out of this world, so tasty and beautifully presented. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a huge walk in shower. There was a kettle and a wide variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits too. We both slept well. The curtains were blackout so weren't disturbed by the light either."
