Parking fine staff great better set out breakfast clean rooms Only draw back this time was other guests thinking they could smoke weed out side your room from 10.30pm till 01.30 am every ten minutes laughing loud and talking loud and then throwing up loudly all morning but that’s not the fault of the hotel . But will book the main building not the annex next time

Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent location. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Hotel is currently having a repaint, new carpets etc which is nice to see. Breakfast staff were so lovely and attentive.

amazing property amazing people staff were really helpful with everything. There was nothing I didn't like. They helped me with the information of us being enrolled in the breakfast deal. We really had a lovely time. I got the Seaview room as I booked overall it was amazing. I had a great birthday thank you management of the hotel.

It was in a great position with sea views and easy walk to the beach town centre and railway station. It did include breakfast in the price however you could only have eggs cooked three ways. They also had fruit cereal and yoghurts For the price the hotel was ok. Like many of these hotels now it could benefit from basic maintenance.

Room (en-suite) was clean and nicely presented with good facilities, tea, coffee hairdryer, etc. Continental breakfast was ok but could have been a little better if it included for example croissants, more jams and spreads. Car parking in Llandudno is a challenge but street parking is just about manageable and free between 6pm and 10am!

Staff were kind. Bedding clean. However, the room was very dusty, headboard ripped, shower had to hold it to use it, we found the bed to be very uncomfortable.
