"Hotel stay was great, bigger than average room and bathroom which for a city hotel is unusual. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the concierge was outstanding. The only negative was upon check-in the reception computer crashed just as payment was made so had to make 2nd payment which although was assured only one payment would be taken, in fact two payments were taken. Hotel has agreed to refund the second amount which I am still waiting to receive."

"For a budget friendly hotel, the room was in excellent condition, and the hallways had been recently repainted. This is always a good sign as often these communal areas are not looked after. The hotel is very close to the city centre and with free parking this was a boon for a river front property, just a shame the weather wasn’t better. The staff when we arrived, and in the morning were friendly, and I’m sure if we had needed something they would have got it for us. The room was small, but did all we needed for a 1 night stay, just two small things - 1. It would have been nice to have a small wardrobe to hang clothes up in, and 2. The bathroom was very small, but again perfectly clean and in good overall condition. We would certainly book again when coming to Liverpool. "

"Arrival and check in nice and smooth. Offered a check in cookie, also a gluten free one. Perfect! Room lovely! Nice and clean and spacious. Beautiful! Great nights stay again. Breakfast spot on. Lots of choice, again gluten free options catered for. "
