  • BRAND-NEW single-story house featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, a very sunny porch—ideal for dining or relaxing—a pantry, private parking, Netflix, Movistar TV, geothermal heating, underfloor heating, solar panels, heat recovery system, Wi-Fi.<br>Located in the beautiful village of Niembro, on the Llanes coast, surrounded by beaches and coves; within a 10-km radius, there are 20 beaches with fine white sand.<br>In the village itself, there are 3 beaches: the famous Torimbia (accessible only on foot, a 15-minute walk), Toranda, and Valle, both 500 meters from the house. The Niembro Estuary, where you can go kayaking or paddleboarding, is 500 meters away.<br>There are also two well-regarded restaurants where you can enjoy Cantabrian fish and seafood, rice dishes, and meat.<br>Niembro is a very quiet town; Posada is 2 km away and Llanes is 7 km away, both offering all kinds of services, supermarkets, shops, and more.
