"Great, historic but modern hotel. Our room was in the adjacent house and very large, very modern, very nice bathroom. Good location to walk the area and the castle. Parking is available for a fee"

"We had a lovely stay here…booked very last minute and arrived with a lovely welcome. The room was very clean and warm and we had a beautiful view of the inland sea and mountains beyond. The bed was really comfy. They were very welcoming of our 2 dogs. We had a drink in the bar before walking into trearddur for dinner. The walk was very pleasant and is only 1.5 miles. There was a little room with a basic continental breakfast, just a nice little addition. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, yea it’s a bit dated and the shower was a bit temperamental but other than that I can’t fault it at all! "

"Kitchen was very well equipped, however there was only washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, nothing to clean benches down with. Lots of books, games etc. Although we didn't need these there were items such as picnic baskets and games for the beach which were a lovely touch and perfect for the summer. Cottage was very cosy and the log burner was lovely. Hot tub was great. A lovely bottle of fizz and chocolate cake when we arrived was a lovely touch"
