Staff were really helpful & friendly. Checking in went smoothly. The staff in the spa were also lovely. Room wasn't very clean, dirty hand prints on the shower doors, dirty walls in the toilet. Didn’t have it bed was comfy but 2 singles pushed together consequently bad dip in middle not really a king size bed x left bag in room not yet handed in left today at 10 am otherwise a lovely weekend stay
