"We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. "Easy self check-in, comfy bed, plenty of space for two, and a tasty breakfast. Staff were lovely and the shared bathroom was clean. A few carpet and furniture stains, and the room had a slightly cheesy smell, but overall a good stay."

"Room was a lot bigger than expected, we stayed in the little annexe family room and it was wonderful. Clean and spacious, perfect for what we needed. Tea and coffee in the room, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. Helpful staff on check in, thank you for a lovely stay!"
