"Lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. Big relaxing and inviting bar area. The pool area was ok, the hot tub was warm not hot but still relaxing after a long hike. Not a place where you can rest on lounge chairs but if you wanted to swim, sauna, steam room then perfect. Stayed in a lodge room which was the best choice, very quiet and view to greenery and trees. Room and bathroom very spacious. Highly recommend."

"We recently stayed at this site as a family (my wife, daughter, and I) and had a fantastic time. There was plenty to do throughout the day to keep our little one entertained, and in the evenings, it was lovely to relax in the private hot tub once she was asleep — a real bonus! The location was great too, with beautiful beaches just 10 minutes away, which made for some lovely day trips. We also had a bit of car trouble on our first day when our car wouldn’t start. We called reception and were so impressed — someone was out to help us within minutes. Thanks to their quick response, we were back on the road and able to enjoy the rest of our holiday without stress. Overall, a great stay with helpful staff, a lovely atmosphere, and a perfect base for a relaxing family break. Would definitely recommend!"

"Fabulous location and beautiful views. This hotel is only a 15 minute walk into Llangollen. The staff were amazing and Melanie and the new girl Jody showed us the beautiful penthouse suite which is out of this world. We look forward to returning very soon. "
