An elegant two-storey villa with a covered porch and generous outdoor areas, set within a 20,000 m² private orange-grove estate.

The ground floor centres around a bright, spacious living room with comfy sofas, satellite TV, and direct views of the private pool. From here you access a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and two coffee makers: a L’OR machine and a moka pot), an indoor dining room with seating for six, and a bedroom with a double bed and open, modern wardrobe. This floor also has a bathroom with bidet, finished with traditional Valencian tiles, featuring a large walk-in shower and quality fittings; plus a separate laundry room with washing machine, set apart for added convenience.

Upstairs you’ll find two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and heating ducted from the pellet stove. One has two 200 cm single beds. Both rooms overlook the orange groves—one facing the mountains and the other the sea. All bedrooms are provided with sheets, blankets, bedspread, and duvet, according to the season. Completing this floor, a spacious terrace invites you to enjoy peaceful sunsets.

Outdoors, the porch opens from the living room— a cool, shaded spot with a comfortable table for al-fresco breakfasts or dinners. On the other side, the private pool looks out over the valley, embraced by orange trees and an idyllic panorama. Around it, sun loungers under a pergola, and a built-in barbecue with stone table invite you to savour the best grills and paellas in total privacy. The property is fully fenced, features automatic gate access, and offers on-site parking within the grounds.
