"The staff was awesome, they helped me receiving a package in advance of my stay and they handled to me afterwards. We had a little issue with the AC, since it was not cooling too much on the first night and we ended up by asking for some help of the front desk, which was promptly responded to fix it. The room was good and the hotel breakfast was delicious and saved us a lot of time and money, however I think that a minor adjustment would be considering a different coffee machine because our coffee was watery."

"First time in Barcelona and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Having an electric scooter with us, was tight, but doable. Location was great. About 2 blocks from cathedral, they sold Hop on Off bus tickets. Definitely will stay there again if we are in the area again"

"I’ve stayed in some of the best hotels in the world, including lots in Barcelona, and I can honestly say this rates in the top 5. They were throwing an event (taste of SLS) the night I arrived and it was absolutely fantastic, I never review hotels but this one deserves all the praise. The food, the pools, the gym, staff, room. Everything was great. It’s a little far from everything, but if the plan is to venture out, then don’t choose a hotel like this. 11/10"
