"The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience. "

"Room was clean and spotless. Staff was able to accommodate our early arrival and get us a room early. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is ideal and walking distance to many sights. Staff also helped with coffee machine that was not working immediately. Would highly recommend."

"It’s a fantastic hotel in a great spot. Its location allows you to get anywhere fairly quickly be it by metro bus or tram. The hotel is wonderful with spacious rooms and we had a great view of La Sagrada Família. The staff is great in particular Francisco at the bar. The atmosphere is fantastic and it makes for the perfect spot after a day in Barcelona."
