"We traveled to Barcelona to celebrate my 50th birthday with family and friends. The villa was beautiful, clean and a wonderful experience. We were close enough to the train station to get to 99% of the places we wanted to go! Many stairs in the villa so keep that in mind if you have an older group. Hope to go back in the future!! Marcus and Olga assisted us so wonderfully while at the villa! "

"Location was very good for the town and shops, the villa and pool were a good size and nice lay out - could be very impressive if modernised but unfortunately it was quite run down and scruffy. There were a number of things broken on arrival, things were dusty and it seemed the house had not been stayed in for some time. "Pros: The house and the territory are just perfect! Very nice pool, playground in the shadows, a lot of space for kids to ran around. More than enough place to park the cars. The house is perfect for small celebrations - the main kitchen has 2 fridges, glasses, plates and cutlery for 30 persons. The hosts provided more than enough tabs for dishwasher and garbage bags. "Our family spent two weeks at Teresa's villa. She is helpful and welcoming. We feel very relaxed and comfortable in her house. Regarding the village, Sant Pol de Mar is one of the few villages between Barcelona and Costa Brava that has maintained its scenic and historic character despite being close to Barcelona.
