Maître de Cabestany - 3 en-suite bedrooms + 1 mezzanine

Not overlooked, the living space is on one level, except for the mezzanine. There is independent access from the street via a staircase. Access to the stairs is childproof. The gîte is approximately 110 m² and the outside terrace is 40 m².

A large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge opens onto the terrace overlooking the village.

3 en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine, sleep 8:

  • Bedroom 1: double bed 150 / shower room.
  • Bedroom 2: double bed 150 / shower room.
  • Bedrooms 3 and 3bis: 2 single beds 90 + 2 single beds 90 on the mezzanine / bathroom with WC (small bath)

The swimming pool, open from June to September, is directly accessible from the gîte terrace.

Une belle surprise sur le logement par rapport aux photos. Vraiment pas déçu, tout le confort nécessaire, la literie très confortable. Une pièce à vivre très lumineuse et spacieuse.Propriétaires très sympathique et réactif aux moindres demandes.Une très belle découverte, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Une piscine qui donne envie de revenir en saison d'été et découvrir le charme de la vallée.

emplacement idéal au sein de la Cerdagne avec de multiples randonnées tous niveaux, possibilité de profiter des bains à 35°C de Llo, du train jaune, des visites de fortifications vauban ou des abbayes du Canigou... Llo est un petit village accroché à la montagne à proximité de Saillagouse où l'on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin (Commerces, Banque et Distributeur, office tourisme, ..) Le gîte est superbe, exposé plein sud, avec une belle vue sur le village et la Tour de garde. Belle rénovation, propre et bien équipé. Calme et lumineux. 2 chambres indépendantes (lit 2places) avec douche et lavabo, 1 chambre et une mezzanine (4lits 1place) avec baignoire. Très bon séjour.

Toute commodité dans village au calme

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre location, si bien que nous aimerions y revenir. À la remise des clés Solange a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison. La maison a été rénovée récemment, 2 salles de bain neuve, bonne isolation, le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement. Cuisine très bien équipée: ustensiles de cuisine, appareil raclette et fondue. Les matelas, linge de lit sont de qualité, vous dormirez bien. Petit village au calme, proche des stations de ski en voiture.

Un gîte tout neuf et fort bien équipé

Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable dans ce gîte. Toutes les installations sont neuves et il ne manque rien. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes. Le gîte est adapté aux bébés (lit, barrière etc.). Le gîte est à 30 minutes en voiture de nombreuses stations de ski. Je vous recommande chaudement de séjourner dans cette maison.
