The villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living room with fireplace, another living room with incredible views, private pool with Jacuzzi.

On the main floor there is living dining room with fireplace, open kitchen, complete bathroom, bedroom with en suite with shower and bathtub, office and laundry room. Direct exit to the terrace with swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

On the upper floor there is another living room with incredible views and three more double bedrooms and two bathrooms,

The house has solar panels to heat the water. The whole house has underfloor heating.



The location is perfect. It is in the prestigious urbanization of Cala Canyelles, situated 2 km from Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar with its own beach.
