"After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe. "
"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. "This apartment rental was perfect. I was solo, but as a couple or even 3 people could sleep in the unit easily. kitchen was adequately equiped and clean. I can recommend this place for skiing at Grandvalira."
"Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was.
The apartment was very good and had just been renovated. The kitchen area was well equipped, the bathroom was spacious and the bedroom was comfortable. The heating worked well and the apartment was warm.
The only downside was the muffled traffic noise but it was on the main road through the resort.
It’s not too far from the ski lifts, probably a 5 minute walk. Not much in the way of apres ski or restaurants but overall a good place. "
