"For the most part the staff at check-in out was great the issue with the hot tub not opening till 9 in the morning is rather disappointing as a frequent guest in the past I enjoyed being able to go early and there and then have my breakfast after speaking of which has really deteriorated there were no forks no eggs no cups for the juice I had to keep asking for things and the quality of the food is diminished, I had requested a pet free environment as to the severity of my allergies upon arrival I needed to fill out a form for a pet and they charged me $47 too much which they then had to reimburse and I had requested no pets the fact that they even allow the pets to use the elevator is somewhat of a contamination for people with severe allergies this did affect me as a person that suffers from anxiety and I am unable to have a pet to soothe my soul I think people should take into consideration that allergies are also a type of sickness and to be more considerate to the people that have them"

"There should be a bunch of negative on these reviews so people know what they are getting themselves into. First of all there is no elevator in a three story hotel, so be ready to carry all your stuff up the flights of stairs. When we arrived the front desk was closed as we looked for help we finally found the staff at the bar. The place was just being renovated so one floor was in shambles and my friend stayed on that floor. My for was not in construction but i felt like i was the only person on that floor it was a erie feeling. The room was alright but no plugs avaliable close to your bed good thing i had an extension cable. Breakfast is not real breakfast coffee , a fruit, and a little packaged muffin. If you are packing through the west and you are carrying expensive or valuable things i wouldn't advice you to stay here because at night time the parking lot turns into crackhead central and a couple of drug dealers just lingering around. Ive been to sketchy places in my life but this one pits the cherry on top of sketchy. If you are a solo traveler who doesn't care and wants to have afew beers at arm reach without driving this is your place"

"In 14 days it was only cleaned once, clean towels once! The one time my room was cleaned they left their sandwich container in my room and the crumbs from it on my bed were it looked like they ate it. Constant yelling and fighting from other tenants, parking lot is all broken up and not small car friendly. I accidentally booked one day to long and front desk told me it was fine they would refund me the day upon check out, but when I checked out they told be I wouldn’t be refunded the extra day so I was out 90 dollars. When I told them I wasn’t returning there on my next work rotation I was questioned up and down on why I wouldn’t be and where I would be staying. Was an all around horrible experience! "

"Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation."
