"The property itself is absolutely stunning, but the overall experience didn’t quite match the level of hotel or the price. For a hotel in this category, I found it very strange to be charged separately for extra water in the room and even nuts. When you’re already paying around €2,500 a night, I would much rather the hotel simply charge €100 more for the room than nickel-and-dime guests over small things like water. It takes away from the feeling of luxury. The staff also didn’t seem as polished or well trained as I would expect at this level. The cocktails were disappointing, and the food quality was not what I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. It’s a beautiful property with enormous potential, but the service, food and attention to detail need to catch up with the setting and the level they are trying to aim for.."

"Perfect hotel for an extreme day trip that turned into a weekend! 10min taxi journey from the airport, 10 minute stroll away from the beach with restaurants and bars. Drinks were a reasonable price, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, air conditioning didn't work on first night and we had to sleep with the windows open and there is quite a bit of noise from other guests and street goers - pretty hot and noisy. Other than that, well-located and accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Parking is a major headache in Mallorca and next to impossible to find - be aware if you are planning to rent a vehicle."

"The hotel is in a very quiet location, right by one of the most beautiful beaches. The rooms were clean but one of the bedrooms didn’t have aircon and the aircon units themselves were not clean. I was impressed by the choice of food for breakfast but not so much by the cockroaches running around between the tables. Staff was very helpful and polite but having to pay for using the safe (and then you get a key, not a code) was taking the pee. The gym didn’t have aircon just two fans which don’t achieve much cooling in high temperatures."
