This amazing villa with private pool in Llucmajor is close to dreamlike beaches as well as the golf course and welcomes 8 guests.
In the private chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.1 to 2.1 metres, you can cool off at any time. Surrounded by a terrace with 8 sun loungers and 4 parasols, it is an idyllic place for sunbathing and relaxing afternoons. Billiards and table football leave no room for boredom. A large porch overlooking the pool offers different charming corners for chatting and a mobile barbecue for outdoor cooking. At the same time, this finca is home to two horses, which are within a fenced enclosure and can be visited, but not ridden. The owner lives close to the house and comes daily to feed the animals.

Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with 3 sofas and Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan. Especially during the winter, it is very nice to have a cup of tea by the fireplace. The colourful gas cooker offers all the necessary utensils to prepare a feast. The laundry room is shared with the owner and there you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with wardrobes. One bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. All bedrooms offer a fan. A cot and high chair are available. Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with shower serving the rest of the house. This beautiful property offers central heating. Last but not least, the owner has given great importance to the environment and has installed solar panels, so a moderate electricity consumption is requested.

Surrounded by countryside, but at the same time only a few kilometres from the coast, this house is close to Llucmajor, in the centre of which you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. If the beach is what you are looking for, the possibilities are endless. Cala Blava, 15 minutes away by car, is a quiet, fine sandy beach with spectacular views over the bay of Palma. Further south are the dreamlike natural beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. Those looking for activities and sport can play golf at the Son Antem or Marriot Golf Club, 3 kilometres from the house.

Perfekte Auszeit

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 5 bis 12 Jahren verreist und durften 1 Woche in den Herbstferien in diesem schönen Häuschen verbringen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Ja, die Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Haus aber nicht seinen Charme genommen hat. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, die Küche war sehr gut bestückt und für den ersten Durst lagen sogar schon ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Lediglich der Grill, hat schon seine besten Jahre hinter sich, aber nutzbar ist auch dieser noch. Auf der Terasse konnte man es zu jeder Tageszeit gut aushalten und für Sonnnhungrige gibt es Sonne satt. Der Pool war Tip Top! Schön groß und sauber, die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß, sogar ein paar Wasserspielzeuge sind vorhanden. Auf dem Gelände sind noch 2 Pferde, die täglich von Raphael versorgt wurden, ebenso hat er einmal am Tag nach dem Pool geschaut und freundlicherweise täglich den Müll entsorgt, wenn man ihn raus gestellt hatte. Das alles hat er ganz unauffällig gemacht, man fühlte sich überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und man hat hier wirklich viel Ruhe und Entspannung, Kinder haben hier viel Platz zum spielen, ohne das man sich Sorgen machen muss. Mit dem Auto ist man in 4min in Llucmajor, wo man einen Bäcker findet und einen Supermarkt. Der Markt und die Innenstad sind auch zu empfehlen. Aldi und Lidl sind aber auch nur 15 min entfernt und nach Palma, sind

Tolles Haus, schöner Familienurlaub

Tolles Haus, das alles zu bieten hat, wie es im Angebot steht. Die Spielgeräten (Kicker, Billard, Tischtennis) funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Pool ist klasse; wir hatten einen Hitzewelle und das Wasser war immer schön warm. Trotz der Nähe des Hauses zu Arenal und zum Flughafen hört man von Beidem nichts; lediglich die vorbeiführende Straße erinnert einen gelegentlich daran, dass es dort scheinbar weitere Menschen geben muss. In Llucmajor gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ist das Haus tolle Mittelklasse, kein Superluxus - aber für uns war es absolut top und wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin reisen.

Schöner großer Pool und immer sauber mit toller Beleuchtung. Für Spaß ist alles da. Die Betten knarren sehr laut und ein Bad kann nur durch ein Schlafzimmer betreten werden.

Wir waren zu acht für 6 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Obwohl sie etwas abseits liegt, ist man schnell auf der Autobahn und in max. einer Stunde am anderen Ende der Insel. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings notwendig. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Außenbereich ist das Highlight. Den Grill haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Einzig die Stechmücken, die durch die kaputten Fliegengitter reinkommen sind störend genau so wie die teils harten Matratzen. Besonders nett fanden wir die Snacks und Getränke, die uns zu Anfang von Homerti zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, dann allerdings mit Mückenspray im Gepäck! ?

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern dort. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist tatsächlich so groß und die Kinder konnten aufgrund der einsamen Lage den ganzen Tag laut tobend baden, Tischtennis oder Billard spielen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Palma und in 5 Minuten in Llucmajor, wo man das notwendige einkaufen kann es aber auch einige sehr nette Lokale gibt. Wer also eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Tagestouren sucht, auf der er mit lebhaften Kindern ungestört wohnen kann, ist hier richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Ein weiterer Handsender für das Tor wäre gut, die Energiesparlampen haben ein sehr kaltes Licht, etwas ungemütlich. Sonst war alles prima. “Mit Auto ist man schnell überall, hat am Haus aber Ruhe und die Kinder können am Pool richtig laut sein, ohne dass sich ein Nachbar beschwert.

Car needed to get around but there are Taxis. - Needs a bit of updating - Garden over grown and a bit of DIY needed in the house - Hot tub/jacuzzi (part of the features on the bath) not working. Pool table playable but has seen better days. Pool wasn't heated so was freezing in April, but that didn't stop the kids.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung mit Kicker, TT Platte, Billard, etc. ist toll für die ganze Familie. Abzüge gibts für Kleinigkeiten... Fön und WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und musste nachgebessert werden, Toaster ist defekt... aber wirklich unangenehm war nur, dass nur an wenigen Fenstern Insektengitter waren. Es gab leider sehr viel Stechmücken und die anderen Zimmer hatten dann Pech

Klasse Finca...

...mit toller Lage! Palma, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Mietwagen ist nur zu empfehlen was bei einem Finca-Urlaub fast schon selbstverständlich ist. Die Finca ist einfach klasse. Pool, Zimmer, Küche und Terrasse sind toll ausgestattet und in super Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr einfach und für einen längeren Aufenthalt (+10 Tage) nicht geeignet. Der Hausbesitzer wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück und kümmert sich um alles. Wir waren zu 10. dort und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
