- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful semi-detached house in a special environment of Mallorca.
Southern part of the island with cliffs and superb views. The house is very bright and is divided into 2 levels. It has a private garden area with pool. It is fully furnished and equipped.
The house is in a luxury development with great walks and green area, ideal for walking with dogs or children, away from the city, but with all basic services: supermarket, hairdresser, newspapers, restaurants, veterinarian, pastries.
The urbanization is only 20 minutes drive from the city of Palma and 10 minutes from the airport, it is recommended to have vehicle to move around the island.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a charge of 0.35€/kw. The counter will be read on check in day and check out day. The price does include 300kw. After 300kw the electricity will be charged by 0.35€/kw
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Ideal location for Mallorca,hired a car but found the bus service to Palma and Arenal good,nice clean and tidy house ideal for family of 4 with 2 grandparent fitted in independently,any problems and Alfredo would sort out,would highly recommend.

Our party of 6 all had a great time at the Villa, the property was very roomy and great facilities . Pool area and patio excellent . Problem with the lights in the bathrooms but was all sorted after talking to Alfredo. Great having supermarket so close. Location to Palma 25min drive. Would go again.

Schönes Objekt in guter Lage
Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden, ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig. Großer Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier.
Es hat alles zu 100% gestimmt. Lediglich der Müll vor der Türe (Papierschnipsel, Fast Food Verpackungen, Plastikflaschen usw.) hat gestört.

Super fint og lækkert hus inkl. pool.
Vi var 4 voksne og to unge piger på 11 & 12 år. Poolen var en 110 % succes. Nærheden ca. 100 m. til stort flot supermarked med alt nødvendigt inkl. fisk og kød. Vi kan absolut anbefale huset til familie med halvstore børn. Herligt med 3 toiletter hvoraf 2 er med bad. Vi synes dog at bil til havet en nødvendigt. Vi brugte kr. 450 til billeje i 8 dage. Vi kan kun anbefale huset.

Nice house at a convenient location
The house is nice, what you see on pictures is what you get. I can easily recommend to stay here . The only improvement points I can suggest to the owner is an extra pan and pot and also a new water kettle in the kitchen. For the rest everything is there what you need, including proper WiFi. A supermarket is literally at 100 m in front of the door, which is very convenient . Also thank you to Alfredo for the warm welcome.

Das Haus ist schon in einem abgenuzten Zustand. Masteschlafzimmer Bett nur mit 1,40 m breite. Das Bad war schon sehr stark verschimmelt sprich schwarze Fugen. Keine funktionierende Heizung obwohl extra bezahlt. Drei Tage nach Ankunft kein funktionierendes Internet und Fernsehen und das mit zwei pupertierenden Kindern!!! Also wir in diesem Leben nicht mehr. Positiv war die rührende Hauseigentümerin die sich liebevoll gekümmert hatte und die gut eingerichtete Küche.

todo estaba bien. Un coche es necestio, porque la playa no esta cerca. Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Ein Auto ist ein muss, der Strand ist nicht in der nähe. Und man will ja auch was von der Insel sehen.
