"I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). "

"Very small space. Tiny living/dining area with larger kitchen. There is only one bathroom and it is downstairs. The 2 bedrooms are nice, both immediately off the stairs, no landing. No outdoor space, no bbq, no patio at all. Property description was very different to the reality. Great location near bridge and walks. Center of town very close."

"We couldn’t ask for anything more… stunning little old chapel… in a stunning location.. the property had everything you could need and property full of top quality items… fluffy towels! ! and the owner went out of her way to make everything very special… home made cake and biscuits … Prosecco by the bed!
