"Very nice hotel "

"Hotel Almasur is in a very nice neighborhood. It’s easy to walk and use public transportation. The hotel itself is really clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a full bar and dining options for all meals. We ate breakfast and dinner here and it was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We did use the air conditioner and the room temperature was very comfortable. Our trip to Chile included an unexpected and unfortunate event, and Hotel Almasur manager Cybill was extremely helpful and gracious. She was a kind and reassuring presence in our time of need. This kindness and service was tremendous and so appreciated. "

"Excellent staff. Large clean comfortable rooms. The front desk needs an extra person to help with check in. 7 minute ride from airport.. It is not walkable. If you plan to visit any city attractions you will need to plan for a taxi and a minimum 20 minute ride.. "

"In my opinion this is the best hotel in Santiago. Rooms are large with stunning views of the Andes mountains. Well kept facilities, well trained staff and a terrace/pool area that’s a true oasis in a very busy city with warm temperatures 9 or 10 months of the year. "
