Maravilhoso
O local é maravilhoso, a cordilheira é deslumbrante. O hotel tem uma estrutura impecável, não há o que reclamar. Os pontos altos são, a localização com acesso direto às pistas de esqui, os restaurantes são ótimos, inclusive melhores que várias indicações em Santiago, funcionários muito prestativos e educados.

Equipe sem preparo para nevascas
As instalações do hotel são muito boas, no entanto, não estão preparados para nevascas que podem ocorrer em localidades de neve. Nossa estadia precisou ser estendida por uma noite por fechamento da estrada e como os pacotes de estadia se iniciam e terminam no mesmo dia, foi possível perceber que a equipe do hotel não está preparada para solucionar este tipo de problema. A muito custo, os hospedes conseguiram negociar um valor de 50% da tarifa para esse dia extra. O complexo deveria estar mais preparado para a limpeza das ruas e estradas para evitar esses transtornos.
