"This property is a true hidden gem for anyone looking to escape the crowded tourist hubs of the Riviera Nayarit. Perched on a secluded hilltop at the southern end of Lo de Marcos, it offers a level of peace and authentic Mexican style that you simply won't find in the more overrun areas like Sayulita or Puerto Vallarta. The views from the pool and jacuzzi are spectacular; we spent hours basking in the heated water while watching surfers catch waves in the distance and tropical birds soaring over the lush jungle canopy. These are the kind of "forever memories" that define a great vacation.One of the highlights of our stay was renting the golf cart directly from the owners, which made exploring the area both easy and exciting. It allowed us to zip into town for supplies and restaurants or head down to the stunning beaches to the south in just minutes. Unlike the packed sands of neighboring towns, these beaches were remarkably private and pristine. The hospitality was equally impressive—Polly was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to arrange a horseback riding excursion with Lenny, which turned out to be another major highlight of the trip. Between the world-class views, the convenience of the golf cart, and the seamless local recommendations, this stay was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation."

"Lovely stay in this quaint new build with rustic charm. Great staff and a great experience to walk among the roosters, dogs, horses, goats the short trip onto the main drag and down to the beach. Highly recommend. "

"This is an incredible vacation destination for a group of friends or family. Spacious, clean, with an incredible chef and onsite manager. We had a range of ages from 10-78 and everyone loved and enjoyed it! "

"Unfortunately this didn’t go as planned. The house was very pleasant, in a quiet neighborhood. We weren’t given an address but luckily the town is small enough that we found a girl on the street that recognized the picture of the house. We arrived after 8pm. Check in was fine and we met the very nice caretaker. Then my wife saw the house that I chose. She was not happy. It is a nice enough house but very worn. If you have a group of frat guys it probably wouldn’t matter. But after seeing the good size roach in the shower, she was done. We all know that there are “water bugs” in every country but you don’t expect them in a rented house. We had rented the house for 5 days but there was no way. We spent the next 2 days trying to find other accommodations. After securing a beautiful hotel down the street, we made our move and didn’t look back. We both love the town of Lo De Marcos and would recommend it to anyone but accommodations are scarce and boots on the ground makes all the difference. I think this house would be an ideal place to stay if some investment was made in the upkeep. "

"Part of the wedding party stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect for access to Hacienda Antigua. The property was beautiful with an amazing outdoor area. There were enough bedrooms for the wedding party. The living area was ideal for the bridal party to prepare for the wedding. We highly recommend this beautiful property!"
