"i loved the energy of the Resort , staff always happy and very helpfull , i felt great and well treated there , food is so good , lots of options to eat , friendly place and every night some show , Mickael Jackson show was the best i ever seen in my life , the guy did amazing and it was unbelivable , i did not expect much and the guy was spot on , the dance and the crew with him was maravilhoso , wonderful , amazing , best vacation of my life with my family"

"I loooovveeeeee it here everyone was so helpful. Customer service was amazing as soonest you walked in the staff greeted you with a smile. If you are looking for luxury and culture at the same time W resort is the place to stay. My room was clean private pool right outside my room with a lake view was breath taking. I’m definitely coming back ☀️"
