Great vacation

This resort was absolutely beautiful! A five minute drive from the beach!!! Only problem we had was our AC but they tried to fix it. Was really nice.. Pool Activites and all! Would go back again

The village is nice and well maintained. Rooms are dated and in need of minor repairs and update. There were some missing chinas that the staff was not able to replace. Reception staff very friendly and helpful so the bar and swimming pool one. Parking available across the road and shuttle bus to the town centre were available. Communication within staff could be better (reception vs maintenance ) Overall a good place to stay if you do not have sky-high expectations.

Although ultimately accommodating, our assigned rooms’ AC was not working to which a fascilities handyman was summoned that evening around 8 O’clock which was impressive! We were told in short order that it was an electronic issue and they would send someone the next day. However, along with a non functional house phone, 1/2 toilet flusher and broken door handle it still took me 5 visits to the front desk to get them the agree to give us the next door room (mirrored layout) and that couldn’t happen until the next day as they wait until the next morning to clean their rooms. The banquet style food was just that. Banquet food. Poolside was visually stunning unfortunately the water was decidedly cold unless the sun was out and the temp was at least 80 C. Bummer.

Ok stay with friendly staff

Booking last minute this was one of very few options left. Very friendly staff but the site is getting outdated and not really worth its price. Upon arrival we were forced to upgrade to a room for 4 persons even tough our baby doesn’t need its own bed. A bit remarkable but after a long day on the road we weren’t ready to argue and paid the extra 80 euros (which started at 100). Felt that the lovely receptionist had the same idea but this came from the manager. And that’s after the price already went up with 100 euros from the day we found the place but not booking until the day after (arrival day). Pool was good and spacious with separate areas. Don’t bring your nice swimwear as the amount of chlorine completely destroyed the coloring of ours. The hotel has paid indoor parking but there’s a big and free public space nearby. Will return to Loano but probably stay somewhere else next time.

Amazing. Very practical. Everything is in the area. Both several pools, playground for children, several restaurants and cafees, a mini market and a little store with pool stuff. Super easy with an own appartment with a balcony. We could use the balcony at night when the baby slept, we could make food in the appartment bur also just walk on the area 2 minutes to Get to the pool. The place is Perfect for families and for kids 3/4 years and up, but our baby enjoyed the pool so Much. The beach and grocery stores is just downtown and They have a own shuttle bus that drives from the village to centrum every 30 minutes. Super practical. Its a place you really relaxes and Get a vacation. We recieved perfect service from the start to the end both in the pool bar, in the buffet, breakfeast, dinner and reception. All the people was positive, and helped us. They have a good variation of food and many desserts every meal. I have allergies so the only minus for this stay is that They struggle to make allergyfriendly food, They just removes the things i am allergic to, wich can be boring. Will definitly Come back, and then with families

10-days stay in an executive apartment

We stayed in an executive apartment. It was somewhat small for the four of us but had a large balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and a 4-burner gas stove, which was great. However, we missed having a sharp knife and a cutting board for cooking. The kitchen fan could also be much better because all the cooking smells stayed in the apartment when we fried food. The mini-market in our building was very convenient. During our 10-day stay, we were able to have our bed linens and towels washed a couple of times. We are used to Spain, where there is almost always food/tapas available, but here the meals were a bit more timely inflexible. Additionally, a small plastic cup of beer cost 5 euros, which we found expensive. On July 1st, the rules for sunbeds changed, which was somewhat confusing. You had to go there early and book your chairs with tickets from the reception. We found this cumbersome since all guests already had wristbands showing they were staying there. The pools were also quite cold, so we didn't swim as much as we usually do. The check-in was very pleasant, and we felt warmly welcomed. However, almost no one spoke English, only Italian, which made communication a bit more challenging.

Disappointing Experience: Lies About Parking and P

The reception staff is unfriendly, and one of them, who was on duty yesterday evening, was not only rude but also lied regarding parking. He claimed that it was not allowed to park in front of the hotel even with a disabled parking permit. However, just 10 minutes later, a Carabinieri patrol confirmed upon our inquiry that parking there is indeed allowed. On the last day of our stay, we were told that the pool could only be used until 10:00 a.m., although at check-in we were promised something different. It really feels like they are just lying to guests!

A bit disappointed...

In principle nice resort but it really needs renovation. Nothing has changed to the better last 5 years (at least). Especially sports facilities are outdated - tennis court not even open which was very disappointing. Loano city is as always fantastic but Loano2village needs to step up.

The parking options should be improved. In some cases, you might have been unlucky enough not to find a free parking space in the official parking lot. Unfortunately, the safe in the room was "broken". It looks like the battery is empty.

OK room (yes, it was just OK, nothing special about it, but not bad either) with an OK bed and a decently working AC. Decor seems out dated but this doesn’t bother me as long as comfort does the job - and it did. Cleaning was quite good. Wi-fi is very lousy and even the TV channels are scrambled due to the poor reception. Breakfast is decent, lunch is actually quite good, dinner (à la carte restaurant) is rather limited. You’d expect a more complete wine list being in Italy but they have missed this opportunity. When we arrived I was not greeted as an Expedia Gold member and while we were packed with plenty of suitcases and backpacks no one ever bothered to offer us a trolley to bring our stuff to the room - and it’s not a short walk. The lukewarm experience during check-in was definitely a buzzkill. Great set of swimming pools though, which my son really loved. It was not a bad stay in the end, but being on holidays evokes a certain need to be well received, it’s all in the little things.

Struttura all'esterno veramente bella e curata. Stanza assolutamente non da 4 stelle,soprattutto il bagno, non curato, doccia pessiima ,piena di calcare e nero in qualsiasi angolo . Non abbiamo purtroppo riposato bene durante la notte, frigo all'interno della stanza rumorosissimo. Partiva il motore ogni 15 minuti .
