Our Sunrise vacation home has three bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms with showers, a living/kitchen area, a TV, and a sauna.<br><br>The open, bright living, dining, and kitchen area, with unobstructed views of the lake and garden, can become the heart of your vacation together. <br>The large windows and skylights bring the atmosphere of the four seasons right into your “own” four walls.<br><br>In addition to the high-quality amenities (air conditioning, radiant floor heating, electric fireplace, built-in kitchen with modern appliances), you’ll find a harmoniously coordinated interior design.<br><br>From the south-facing terrace and the on-site sauna, you’ll enjoy views of the crystal-clear Mühlfeldsee. You’ll also have access to an exclusive private beach with direct, private access to the lake, and for amateur sailors, an on-site boat is available.<br><br>A selection of board games, suitable for children as well, ensures fun and excitement.<br><br>With your modern vacation home right on Lake Mühlfeld, you’ll enjoy your well-deserved days off in approximately 100 m² of living space. The spacious sun terrace and the 550 m² property invite you to relax, enjoy barbecue evenings, and spend time together. Your fully equipped vacation home leaves almost nothing to be desired.<br><br>Lake Mühlfeld is part of the Leipzig New Lake District and is located right next to the village of Löbnitz, with a population of 2,000, in a charming setting surrounded by nature.<br><br>The vacation home area is clearly demarcated by a fence with an entrance gate.<br><br>To the west lie Lake Seelhausen and other lakes. These were formed by former open-pit lignite mining and are part of the Central German Lake District. To the north lie the Muldenauen wetlands and the 75,000-hectare Dübener Heide Nature Park.<br><br>Whether by car, bike, or on foot, a wide variety of excursion options and cultural attractions await. You can explore the nearby nature reserves in the Leipzig Neuseenland and the Dübener Heide, as well as the vibrant cities of Leipzig and Berlin, the cultural highlights of Dresden and Potsdam, and the Bauhaus city of Dessau. <br><br>The network of bike and hiking trails is extensive. You can also use these trails to reach the mills in the surrounding area.<br><br>If you like horses or want to go horseback riding, visit the regional riding stables and enjoy a carriage ride through the countryside.<br><br>If you’re looking for a thrill, try a sightseeing flight or a skydive, using the nearby airfield as your starting point.<br>Leipzig, located about 25 km away, offers you, your children, and your friends a diverse range of shopping, recreational, cultural, and sports activities—no matter the weather.
