The Pardo 7 apartment, located in the heart of Locarno center, is a new one-bedroom apartment that welcomes you with a modern and cozy atmosphere.



Stepping through the front door, you find yourself in the kitchen, which is modern and equipped with all the appliances you may need to make your stay comfortable. You will find a coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a toaster and a refrigerator.

In the tastefully furnished living area, there is a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) and a foldaway dining table in the cabinet under the TV for three people, perfect for meals or working from home.

The bedroom is a large and bright space, furnished with a white wooden double bed; the white fabric lamp gives a touch of elegance and creates the right atmosphere for a good night\'s rest. The room also has a large window that illuminates the room with natural light.

The functional bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet and a comfortable shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have parking facilities, but its central location allows you to easily walk to the city\'s main attractions and use public transport to get around comfortably.

Locarno is one of the pearls of sunny Ticino, bathed by the gentle waters of Lake Maggiore. The flat is located just a few metres from the lake, in the very center, in an area served by supermarkets, bars and restaurants for all tastes.

The famous Piazza Grande, where the world-famous Pardo Film Festival is held every year, is a 5-minute walk away. For history and art lovers, the Visconti Castle and the Casa Rusca Municipal Art Gallery are a 2-minute walk away. For an unforgettable view, reach the Sacro Monte Madonna del Sasso on foot or by taking the funicular.

On foot you can quickly reach the Motta lakeside promenade, which continues on Viale Verbano, towards the beautiful park that runs along the lake, the beautiful Seepromenade Locarno Muralto.

Numerous boats also depart from here to the main tourist locations on the lake, such as Ascona and the Brissago Islands. The Lido di Locarno is 1 km away.

The apartment is next to Ristorante Il Boccalino, which serves local cuisine.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A13 motorway take the Locarno exit and drive about 400 km to the apartment building.

By train, from Locarno station take the RE73 train direction \"Domodossola\" for 3 min and get off at \"Locarno, S. Antonio\". From there you will be in front of the apartment house in 8 minutes on foot.
