Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Angekommen nach einer langen Reise, kam uns schon beim betreten des Apartments ein grausiger Gestank entgegen, welcher kaum aushaltbar war.. in der Küche waren überall an den Wänden Fettflecken und Geschmier.. Im Badezimmer ebenso mangel an Hygiene, unterdem Lavabo war ein riesen fleck was auch immer es war es war nicht sauber. Wir haben die Unterkunft am Ankunftstag wider verlassen und sind in einem anderen Hotel untergekommen. Als ich die Unterkunft am gleichen Tag noch informiert und konfrontiert habe.. kam nur eine flaue antwort wie: wir erstatten nichts zurück unser mitarbeiter hat die wohnung gereinigt und bla bla bla .. habe also keine Rückerstattung bekommen... sehr schade

Die Wohnung war praktisch; ausreichend ausgestattet auch wenn die Qualität zu Wünschen übrig lässt (Bett ok, Tv/Zattoo langsam, Bad gut). Die Lage wäre super, aber der Strassenlärm bei offenem Fenster unerträglich und da sich die Wohnung rasch erhitzte, musste regelmässig gelüftet werden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut.
