"The hotel was extremely good value. Close to Oban town centre, fantastic views of Oban bay from the bar/ restaurant. The staff were very nice, helpful and obliging. The hotel has recently been taken over by Bespoke hotels and is being refurbished whilst being open. We were not disturbed by this at all. The hotel has been very grand in its day and it is tired, but we were very comfortable for our two night stay, breakfast was delicious. It was very reasonable given how much we paid for our stay."

Complimentary 30 minute steam and sauna, with two heated loungers, foot spa was not working but made use of the others, we indulged in massage and afternoon tea for two, ultimate in luxury massage tailored to our needs and afternoon tea takes account of dietary requirements, we were left to enjoy the afternoon with no rush in the comfortable lounge. The staff were really friendly with Summer and Hayden given special mention."
