Lovely, quiet hotel in beautiful surroundings.

We had a really nice stay - only one night, travelling through, wish we could have stayed longer! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The large swimming pool was very clean and empty when we there. Nice bar with pool table and very friendly staff. Pleasant 15 minute walk through the forest to get to the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Great pool, spacious room.

I have stayed here before and always had a great time. I had the luxury of having the indoor pool to myself - Awesome!! Good breakfast but would have liked a warm veg option such as beans or mushrooms. The room was big and spacious with a comfortable bed. The only area for improvement was the peeling paint outside on the balcony. Some TLC needed there.

I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. You find out how good an organisation is when you need them to help you out and Expedia failed utterly on this occasion .

Aangenaam verblijf

De locatie van het hotel was uitstekend en bood een rustige omgeving. Het restaurant en het personeel waren beide gastvrij. De kamer was ruim en schoon. De badkamer was uitgerust met een inloopdouche die een aangename douche-ervaring bood met een goede waterdruk en een ruime voorraad warm water.

We hadden de meest luxe kamer met balkon geboekt. Het was echter een extreem ‘kale’ kamer. Mini plankjes naast het bed waar naast bril en telefoon geen boek meer bijpast. Een losse airco, die niet koelde, een lamp die kapot was, en verder geen enkele aankleding. Badkamer met douche zonder deur, zodat hele badkamervloer nat wordt bij het douchen. Een wasbak met ook weer geen enkele ruimte daarnaast om toiletartikelen neer te zetten. Bij het ontbijt was nagenoeg alles op en moesten we om brood, kaas en fruit vragen. Dat kwam er. Fruit was echter uit blik

Ik vond het fijn dat de accommodatie op loopafstand van het openluchttheater was. De kamer was schoon. Minpuntje was dat er bij vertrek geen ontbijtpakketje klaar was, dat wel was afgesproken.

Gezocht, nieuw tapijt.

Dit is prima locatie met lekker zwembad, schone wc en badkamer, maar het tapijt in de gangen, kamers en ontbijtzaal is verschrikkelijk, vol vlekken en kapot. Wat is hier gebeurd? Nieuw tapijt en roomboter bij ontbijt!

De omgeving is prachtig. Het hotel is in 1996 opgeleverd en sindsdien is er zo te zien niets meer aan onderhoud gedaan. Alles uitermate basaal. Zelfs avondeten in hotel gedurende gehele verblijf niet mogelijk
