"The Garden Place is incredibly beautiful and romantic. I stayed in the Van Gogh room overlooking the courtyard. I was enamored with the decor of the hotel and all of the mirrored surfaces in the room! The coffee in the morning was super hot and tasty. I would have appreciated more gluten free breakfast options - the oven/stove was out of service. The mixed fruit was not that fresh. I would absolutely stay here again if I knew there would be hot water for a shower. I paid almost $300 for one night by myself and the shower was icy cold. That was the only real drawback. For that price, I'd love at least some lukewarm water. I feel a credit or voucher for a future stay would be appreciated. Thank you"

"When I first arrived, I thought oh this is a motel and I am not a motel fan, but what a pleasant surprise: The rooms were larger than most 3 - 5 star hotels, there was plenty of lighting, the WORKING FIREPLACE was much appreciated and the fact that they still use real glasses versus plastic and throw away brought back a time when hotels focused on quality not convenience. They also had a large swimming pool (I dd not use but it appeared nice. The only reason I gave them a four star was because I was on the second floor and they do not have elevators, but the staff was willing to help if needed. I would definitely stay here if in the area again."

"Friendly staff, located in the Niagara state park hence was the most convenient way to access the Falls and for walking or driving across the border to Canada, good parking, or bus rides to/from the Buffalo airport, great food options very close by for lunch dinner or any time in-between. Complimentary breakfast was good with decent options,"

"The hotel is in great location, there are many choices for food around. Just a short walk from Niagara Falls. It is my second time staying in this hotel but the maintenance and cleanliness has diminished a bit this time. The bathroom shower was not clean and there were some issues with the door handles. Breakfast is good, the staff is nice and helpful. Hope they can keep improving so we can return again."
