"Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. "The pool and view from the property are exactly as the photos, out of this world, we had a great time staying here. We also loved the location, a nice quiet area, but a short drive (5 mins) to fantastic beaches, and you can also walk (20mins) to a fab restaurent near the beach which is a real bonus. A great location for exporing beaches, but also the mountains nearby. The property itself is spacious and has everything you need. No AC - so fans are needed, but we managed okay."

"The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. The only minor issue was the second bedroom as it is tight for space - we were 4 adults. The location was perfect and we often walked to the local pizzeria/restaurant- 5/10 minutes, Budoni and the sea are 5 minutes by car. Just a great week- thank you."

"We booked this lovely villa for a weeks stay, very last minute. Francesca was very accommodating and extremely helpful with recommendations for car hire,taxis,places to visit etc. All in all an excellent host! The villa was exactly as shown, well equipped inside and out (lovely pool) and the view was amazing, the little welcome gift on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We would definitely love return… Thank you for a lovely stay Francesca!"

"Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Objekt selbst ist auch sehr gut. Das im Inserat versprochene sardische Essen gab es nicht. Auch die Gastfreundschaft ist noch sehr ausbaufähig. Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen, da das Objekt viel zu teuer ist für die Ausstattung. Klima in allen Räumen aber das war es auch schon mit der gehobenen Austattung. "
