"Horrible check in experience. My family and I ended up leaving within 2 hours I do not recommend this small apartment. Definitely not suitable nor did it have comfortable accommodations. Not at my level & I will never recommend or return. Personally, I have never experienced such inconvenience with check in and overall the place smells. I do not recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, quiet place and airy place. Far from everything not convenient and can hear all outside noise."

"Awesome place to stay with family close to anywhere you’d want to go do in the area. Our toddler loved the extra living room and had a GREAT TIME! Host is great to talk with and anything we asked was a very fast response! Would stay with this host in any location again! "

"The host sent me very limited access information in Spanish. That was the beginning of the difficulties. He never provided an access code for the house. After trying multiple times to get in contact with the host, I had to call VRBO and ended up spending nearly an hour on hold. The host then had a translator call me and inform me that the house had no furniture in it and had water problems. I never got a reason for why I wasnt not informed long before I needed to check in.VRBO customer service...

"Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run...
