The Sonneninsel holiday complex is located in the Kölpinsee seaside resort and is located between the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the idyllic banks of the backwaters.
The four houses in the holiday complex were newly built in 2018 and combine high-quality equipment with great comfort.

The ground floor apartment in the sky blue house is 75 m² and invites up to 5 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern, barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly.

The elegantly furnished living room impresses with an open, high-quality kitchen with all technical equipment, a comfortable dining area and access to the 15 m² south-facing terrace with seating. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed each 80x190 cm.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and a washbasin that can be driven under. An absolute highlight of the apartment is a Finnish sauna made of solid wood.

The outdoor area is equipped with wellness loungers, a central grill fireplace and a covered seating area. A trampoline, a table tennis table, a swing and a play house are available for younger guests.

A parking space is located directly at the house. A lockable bicycle shed is available for bicycles brought with you.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt. Man findet einfach alle Küchengeräte, die man zu Hause auch besitzt. Die Räume sind alle sehr geräumig. Wir waren zum 3. Mal in dieser Anlage, allerdings hat die Sauberkeit nachgelassen. Weiterhin haben wir einen Putzeimer sehr vermisst. Vom Reinigungsdienst hatten wir einen Eimer bekommen, der dann wieder verschwand. Mit Hund und bei Winterwetter wäre ein Eimer sehr sinnvoll gewesen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es waren 12 entspannte Tage. Auch unsere Hunde haben den Aufenthalt genossen.Es empfiehlt sich mit Auto anzureisen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, das Haus ist schön geräumig und es waren bei Bedarf auch Spielfilm- DVDs vorhanden. Es fehlte aus unserer Sicht nichts an der Ausstattung des Hauses, die auch sehr neu wirkte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren da 2.Mal in der FeWo. Wir können nur sagen - Super- Wir wissen es auch zu schätzen, dass die vielen kleinen Sachen (Tabs, Toilettenpapier, Lappen uvm. vorhanden sind. Vielen Dank.

Nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt im Juni haben wir nicht lange gezögert und für die Sommerferien nochmal 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft gebucht.Auch diesmal sind wir nicht enttäuscht worden. Die Unterkunft war auch diesmal sehr sauber und ordentlich.Die Reklamation des Duschkopfs wurde sofort vom Hausmeister erledigt. Als äussert nützlich hat sich auch die Waschmaschine gezeigt.Auch hier sehr gute Qualität und der integrierte Trockner erleichtert das ganze enorm. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Die zusätzlichen Decken,die sich in jedem Zimmer befinden haben die Abende nach der Sauna kuschelig gestaltet.Die Anwendung der Sauna war selberklärend.Wir hatten insgesamt einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt dort und haben uns mega wohl gefühlt.Auch der Hund fand es klasse :-).Die eingezäunte Terasse erweist sich als sehr praktisch...auch wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen.Der Supermarkt ist ca 1 KM entfernt, zum Strand sind es ca 2 km.Auch der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe des Supermarkts.Zu Karls Erlebnisdorf kann man auch durch den schönen Wald zu Fuss gehen.Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort.
