Modern vacation apartment in Loddin with garden - family-friendly & quiet location

The Sonneninsel holiday resort is located in the Kölpinsee seaside resort and is located between the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the idyllic banks of the backwaters.
The four houses in the holiday complex were newly built in 2018 and combine high-quality equipment with great comfort.

The attic apartment in the evening red house is 65 m² and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern and furnished with attention to detail.

The elegantly furnished living room impresses with an open, high-quality kitchen with all technical equipment, a comfortable dining area and access to the 4.5 m² balcony with seating. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds each 80x190 cm.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower.

The outdoor area is equipped with wellness loungers, a central grill fireplace and a covered seating area. For the little guests there is a trampoline, a table tennis table, a swing and a play house.

A parking space is located directly at the house. A lockable bicycle shed is available for bicycles brought with you.

Sie ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber und ordentlich, was leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, um ein paa schöne und entspannte Tage hier zu verbringen. Schön ist auch, der Schlüsselcod, da man somit flexibler ist, was den An- und Abreisetag betrifft. Wir haben alle wichtigen Informationen per Mail oder App erhalten, was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat. Alles war super und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Das ist eine phantastische Wohnung mit 2 SZ, großzügigem Bad und einer offenen Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist ruhig, nahe bei ist ein Edeka und in den Nachbarorten (10min) weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Trotz der Kälte im Januar haben wir uns mit der Fußbodenheizung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den Sommer sind an versch. Fenstern Fliegengitter. Leider - und dies hat mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun - waren die meisten Lokale geschlossen und der Rest überfüllt, so dass wir abgewiesen wurden bzw. keine Reservierung möglich war; auch die Fischbuden sind natürlich zu. Trotzdem kommen wir zu einer anderen Jahreszeit gerne wieder.
