A/C: It independent A/C in every room including the dining room. In July you definitely need A/C in Milan. Grocery Store - Nice Supermarket about 800 meters from the apartment. Terrace: Incredible terrace. We enjoyed drinks in the terrace every night. Maintenance: Everything was working properly. Overall GREAT villa. I would definitely stay there...
