"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"The good : The hotel is very close to local public transport both trains and buses. Also close to several restaurants and Coffee shops. The breakfast was good with a variety of options to get you ready to start the day. Size of the room was adequate and the bed comfortable with clean sheets. The bad : Mainly two things , 1. "We were nervous about putting 5 people in one room. There was a bed for everyone, and room to move around. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day . The location was perfect."

"Excellent location. Supermarket, tram station, train station, gas station everything is within 200m - 400m distanc. Property is squeaky clean. Good heating system. Limited but wonderful breakfast options (it can also be complimentary based on room reservation type). Hotel staff speak German and English(some speak French too). Had a wonderful stay."
