"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"Was a lovely little property on the outskirts of the city centre, about a half hour walk. The room was smaller than expected but clean, and had a mini fridge which was a lovely touch to keep drinks cool in the heat! And staff were super friendly and welcoming as well which brilliant as well. "

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"There's a bit of false advertising with this place. There are actually 2 hotel/apartments and one is nicer than the other. They should be listed separately. I do not recommend the rooms that say "Portillo" because those are actually a different building, about a 9 minute walk away from the main one --> not fun with suitcases.
